By accepting the following, I note that:

- in addition to the booking price shown on the site, the payment of the tourist tax will be required as a separate payment

- the return of the security deposit will be entirely at the discretion of the company with which I made the reservation, which therefore undertakes to justify any deductions from the security deposit by means of photographs and related documentation

- the refund of the security deposit will take place within 15 days from the check-out date to allow for the appropriate checks in the apartment

- to respect the reserved apartment and the local norms of civilized living, trying not to be a source of disturbance for the other tenants of the reserved apartment.
